      • I have the V11, it is out of warranty for two years I had battery charging issues…. in relation to quality and price.
        I do not recommend it.
        Others much cheaper have not given me any problems with years of use….

    I've had to fiddle with the charger or change sockets several times for some time before the little blue light comes on. Since yesterday it is discharged and I cannot charge it at all. The little light only flashes ( or – seconds's when I try to get it to work.
    At the cost of the battery and charger, I don't want to buy the wrong part. Can you help me please?

  4. Hello, my Dyson cannot be charged or see any light. It's not connected to the battery station as we've tested it with another Dyson and it works with that one. What can it depend on?
