1 – Repair the remote control with the UHD TV or 4K UHD TV decoder
To re-pair the remote control with the Orange TV UHD or TV UHD 4K decoder, here is the operation to follow:
- Turn on your TV screen.
- Switch off then switch on the decoder with the on / off button which is on the back.
- Press the orange stop on the back of your decoder.
- If nothing is displayed on the screen, press the Power button on the remote control.
- If the “Pairing” message does not appear on the TV screen, repeat the procedure several times until pairing is confirmed.
- When the screen tells you to, press the key. OK on your remote control to confirm the connection with your decoder.

2 – Repair remote control with the Orange TV 4 decoder
To re-pair the remote control with the Orange TV 4 decoder, follow the instructions below:
To begin, after obviously turning on your TV screen, try pressing the " Returns " and " Up arrow on your remote control. If the “Pairing” message is displayed, wait for the operation and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
If this does not work, and your Orange remote control is still flashing without working, proceed as follows:
- Restart your decoder with its button On Off located on the side.
- Briefly press the " Pairing which is located on the back of the TV 4 decoder.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- When prompted on the screen, press the power button on your remote.
- If the procedure does not start, start again until the screen confirms the launch of the pairing.
- Once again when prompted by the screen, confirm pairing by pressing the button OK on the remote control.
